These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Triple E Trucking, LLC ("Triple E," "we," "us") website, the David AI Trucking Operations mobile app (the "app"), and our text messaging (SMS) program. By using the app or our services, you agree to these Terms.
The app is provided for Triple E's employees, drivers, and contracted subhaulers. Access is granted by Triple E through an account we provide. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
Triple E creates and manages accounts. You may be required to change a temporary password on first login. Do not share your account or use another person's account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are no longer authorized.
You agree not to use the app to:
The app includes a message board and direct messaging so authorized users can coordinate. You are solely responsible for content you post or send. You retain ownership of your content but grant Triple E a license to store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the app.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can:
Reported content is reviewed by a Triple E owner or manager. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly, and we may remove content and take action against the responsible account. By using the board or direct messages, you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
If you enable notifications, the app may send you dispatch assignments and operational alerts, including when the app is closed. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated dispatch text messages from Triple E Trucking, LLC at the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
The Triple E Trucking SMS program sends operational dispatch notifications to drivers and contracted subhaulers, including job assignments, report times, truck assignments, materials, and job changes or cancellations.
You may opt in by signing up through our website's dispatch sign-up form, or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive dispatch texts during onboarding with Triple E (verbally or in writing). Consent is not a condition of employment, contracting, or any purchase.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may opt back in by signing up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Where a truck owner or contracted subhauler has authorized it, Triple E's shop may collect vehicle diagnostic/telematics data from that truck for maintenance and safety purposes only, as described in our Privacy Policy. This is not location tracking and is not used to monitor drivers.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Triple E is not liable for delayed or undelivered notifications, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for following all applicable laws and safe-driving practices; do not use the app while operating a vehicle.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including if you violate these Terms or are no longer authorized to use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
