Our website and applications are provided to support our trucking and material-hauling operations and to communicate with customers, employees, and drivers. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts and Access
Certain applications are restricted to authorized employees, drivers, and staff of Triple E Trucking. If you are issued login credentials, you are responsible for keeping them secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Triple E Trucking operates an SMS program used to send operational dispatch communications to our employees and contracted drivers. The following terms apply to that program:
Program description. Triple E Trucking sends dispatch notifications and job assignments by SMS to its employees and contracted drivers.
Who receives messages. Messages are sent only to employees and contracted drivers of Triple E Trucking. This is not a consumer marketing program and is not directed to the general public.
How consent is obtained. Employees and contracted drivers provide consent when hired and are informed that they will receive SMS job assignments and dispatch notifications from Triple E Trucking dispatch as part of their work. Receiving these messages is part of normal job operations.
Message types. Job assignments, dispatch notifications, and related operational updates.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity and your work schedule.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

Privacy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, design, logos, and software associated with our website and applications are owned by Triple E Trucking or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.
5. Disclaimers
